'Dumb and dumber' could be applied to some car thieves in Christchurch who stole an MP's car.
Christchurch Central MP Duncan Webb left his car at home went he went out on Friday night.
He didn't notice until yesterday morning that it was gone.
Webb says the car, which had his name, photo and Labour Party logo all over it, was found a couple of kilometres away.
He has no idea what the people were thinking.
"Maybe they got round the corner, realised it had my face on it, and decided it was not a good idea to drive that around."Â
Webb says a Christchurch city councillor found the car parked on yellow lines.
