One person has been taken to hospital with moderate injuries after a house fire in the Christchurch suburb of Addington.
Fire and Emergency say there was a small fire in an upstairs room at the house on Cotterill Street.
Two fire trucks rushed to the scene at about 9.15am this morning.
A spokesperson says the fire is now out.
