Canterbury Police say they won't tolerate people using roads like race tracks after a boy racer event last night.
Around one-hundred people attended the first night of the "Aves Invasion" that saw people driving to different locations around the city to do skids and burnouts.
It's the second event this year, after the first in September ended with riders jumping on police cars and smashing windows.
Inspector Ashley Tabb says several police staff were in attendance in the area to keep an eye on activities.
Tabb says police will continue to dampen down any illegal driving activity, with the event expected to continue tonight.
