A teenager has been arrested and charged with the aggravated robbery of a Christchurch Service Station.
Six males entered the Caltex in Blenheim road at 1.10 this morning.
The attendant was taken to hospital with a head injury, and cigarettes and a till were stolen.
A security guard followed the offenders as they fled the scene.
Detective Sergeant Brad Grainger says a 15-year old boy was arrested and appeared in youth court today.
He was remanded in custody.
