It is back to reality for New Zealand's most successful sport at the London Olympics.
The Kiwi rowers have returned home, paraded their three gold and two bronze medals and now it is time to start building for their next campaign.
Head coach Dick Tonks says planning has begun and training is set to start ahead of Rio 2016.
"We had a meeting yesterday about the upcoming in the squad, getting the rowers back together and what time to start training and that sort of thing. So everything is starting to move into another four year cycle."
Tonks says none of the national squad have indicated to him that they intend on retiring yet.
