The Hurricanes have edged out the Highlanders 26-20 in a see-saw Super Rugby match in Dunedin. A late try to 'Canes winger Julian Savea's been the killer blow, as the boot of Beauden Barrett proved the difference between the two sides. Barrett kicked six from seven, including four penalties to keep the visitors in touch. Earlier, tries to Chris Noakes and Adam Thomson have the Highlanders the early lead. But regular penalties from Barrett, to go with a Faifili Levave try, set the 'Canes up to snatch a late victory. The bonus point for a close loss sees the home side keep their lead over the Hurricanes in the New Zealand conference, though it's narrowed to just a single point.
