Hurricanes unsure if Jane will play

By: Elliott Smith | Latest Rugby News | Monday April 23 2012 16:19

The Hurricanes remain unsure whether wing Cory Jane will return to Super Rugby this weekend against the Chiefs.

Jane was a game day withdrawal from the side ahead of their loss to the Crusaders with an ankle injury.

Coach Mark Hammett says they're not sure yet whether he'll be available.

"He's one of those guys which the next, sort of, 48 hours will be important for us."

Hammett says lock James Broadhurst and loose forward Brad Shields are also in the same boat with their injuries.
