Tall Ferns out of qualifying tournament

The Tall Ferns have bowed out of the Olympic women's basketball qualifying tournament in Turkey.

New Zealand's put up a fight before losing 54-51 to Argentina in Ankara.

The result on the back of the loss to Czech Republic, means the Kiwis will not qualify out of their pool to contest the last five remaining spots in the London draw.
