New service to help Canterbury businesses

| Latest Christchurch News | Thursday April 26 2012 5:22

A new service is being launched to help Canterbury businesses experiencing stress and fatigue in the workplace.

It's being funded by the Ministry of Economic Development and will be available through Recover Canterbury, Enterprise North Canterbury and Business Mentors New Zealand.

The service aims to provide resilience coaching, stress management and other support services for Canterbury business owners and their employees at no cost.

It's been one of the key issues facing employers in the region, with 46 percent of businesses which have contacted Recover Canterbury since March listing stress and fatigue as a major business issue.

Interested businesses can visit the Recover Canterbury website for more information.
