Concerns for welfare of missing man

By: Natasha Burling | Latest Auckland News | Tuesday May 1 2012 17:39

There are concerns for the health and welfare of an 18-year-old man who's disappeared from the Acute Mental Health Unit in Auckland.

Tevita Lea'aetoa was last seen leaving the hospital grounds shortly after 11am on Saturday.

He hasn't accessed any bank accounts in the past few days and hasn't made contact with family members.

Mr Lea'aetoa was wearing a black tee shirt, long trousers and tan boots.

He is Polynesian, about 180 centimetres tall and of solid build.

Anyone with information about him should contact Constable Dale Blyde at Onehunga Police.
