US Marines moving from Okinawa

The US and Japan have announced that around 9,000 US Marines stationed on the island of Okinawa will move to the US territory of Guam and other locations in the Asia-Pacific region.

The move is part of a broader agreement announced by both governments.

Some of the Marines will be moving to Australia.
