Tour de France rider Geraint Thomas was near to completing the 16th stage of the race, before a dramatic crash on a sharp corner.
Swinging round the outside of the bend, another rider came too close on his inside and nudged Thomas.
The British rider was thrown off course, and sent into a collision course with a telephone pole.
He managed to get back up and finish the race.Â
