$15 billion, it is a bucketload of money, and even spread over several years you can't hide the fact the Government has thrown the kitchen sink at their families policy.
Their claims or aims are bold. 88,000 out of povert. If they can prove that, it will lead to tangible political suport.
There are a couple of seriously big question marks over all of this. They've spent the lot, basically. There is about $600 million left over for everything else, and $600 million in Government terms is literally nothing. Not dissimilar to having 10 bucks left till the end of the week and you haven't brought the milk.
