The Finance Minister is talking up what his Budget will do for infrastructure.
The Government yesterday revealed it would spend $32.5 billion on road and rail upgrades over the next four years.

But some business leaders are saying that's not enough, and it won't happen fast enough.
Steven Joyce told Mike Hosking that criticism is not fair, as they are increasing their infrastructure spend by 40 percent.
"Actually, we've got surpluses, but every single dollar pretty much that we have, we reinvest through infrastructure."
Mr Joyce said it's important for businesses and the economy to aim for "reliability and consistency" in the Budget.Â
