Tomorrow's the day.
A number of nurses are set to strike tomorrow, despite voting against it.
It is the biggest strike to hit the sector in 30 years.
Members of the Nurses Organisation, the profession's union, are walking off the job for 24 hours, after voting down the latest pay offer.
But College of Nurses head, Jenny Carryer told Larry Williams many will be upset at abandoning their patients.
"I think most nurses would be distraught at going on strike and I think there are a large number of nurses that feel this has achieved considerable gains and it's not the time now to take it further."
