Team New Zealand has switched its focus to attracting more competitors to the next America's Cup.

The Auckland cup base location was finalised last week after months of negotiating with the Council and Government.

Team New Zealand boss Grant Dalton told Mike Hosking he is glad the battle OFF the water is finally over.

"It's going to be a hell of a lot easier to go through the process of another defense now that we have got through this process."
