The woman who put the brakes on Brexit is thrilled the UK might not leave the European Union after all.
The High Court has said the Prime Minister alone cannot trigger Brexit. The ruling means Theresa May must now wait for Parliament to vote for it first.
Leading the challenge, investment manager Gina Miller told Mike Hosking it's strange it took a private citizen like her to make the High Court ruling, but she's glad it happened.
"It hasn't quite sunk in yet, but it is a spectacular win," she said. "I'm so delighted."
Ms Miller said people were misled and this gives MPs another chance to better gauge what people want.
"The MPs need to go to their constituents, really get a feel of what it is he people want, all the nuances of what Brexit really means, and if it is still Brexit, what sort of Brexit they want."
The Government is going to the Supreme Court to challenge the ruling.
