Bus shelter with hole in roof is also 'art installation'

There is controversy over a new bus shelter in Blenheim because it has been designed with a large hole in the roof. Critics say it is ridiculous that the $300,000 structure lets water through when it is raining but Spokesperson Marlborough District Council, Glyn Walters says most of the roof is covered and the design depicts a local Maori legend.
