Kerre & Mark were discussing complaints to council about things that annoy you when a caller rang in about when he lived above a bakery in Wellington.

The continual smell of pies cooking drove him to distraction.

The council sent out their official “nose” – someone trained in determining if a smell was too smelly.

We got in touch with Stephen Heath from the Greater Wellington Regional Council.
