Victims of bullying appear to be getting younger in New Zealand, due to the rise in cellphones, apps and the internet.
A new app popular among children called Sara-Nah is causing concern as schools are already noticing kids posting nasty comments about others.
Mangere College counsellor Katherine Barclay told Mike Hosking bullying has always been around, but now younger children are being affected.
"It happens when kids get cellphones and get access to internet and things like that so I think we are seeing it particularly hitting the younger kids more because they don't have as much resilience."
