The race is behind them and it's time for team work.
Judith Collins has spoken about the solidarity of the National Party, after a tight leadership battle.
She's bounded up the rankings to number four after Simon Bridges' reshuffle, and been given the portfolios of Housing and Urban Development, and Planning.
Collins told Kate Hawkesby the contenders for the top position fought hard, but now everyone's working together.
"At the same time, there was no nastiness, no difficulties, no personal attacks, and I thought that was a credit to everyone."
She maintains she'll keep up the niceties with her counterpart, Housing Minister Phil Twyford, but won't lay off the pressure.
Collins says she's looking forward to challenging him as they have a history of holding counterpart positions.
"We've never had a difficult nasty word between us, and I don't expect that's going to start now. We both have a reasonable sense of humour. Obviously I think his probably needs improvement, but there we go."
