Questions are being asked of businessman Chris Liddell's tenure on the board of Kiwi accounting software firm Xero after it emerged he'd gained a prestigious spot in United States president-elect Donald Trump's incoming administration.Â
If Liddell decides to stay on as chairman of Xero, a conflict of interest could be triggered.Â
