Nearly a million Kiwis are expected to vote early in this election.
Today's the last day to make an advance vote before polling day tomorrow.
Eight hundred thousand people have already cast an early vote, compared to 700,000 at this stage three years ago.
Massey University politics professor Richard Shaw told Rachel Smalley it's been easier this time round.
"One of the reasons, quite rightly as you say is there just more places, there are about a hundred more places scattered around the country."
Shaw said another reason is Labour leader Jacinda Ardern, who has galvanised voters from the centre left and centre right.
