There's now a criminal probe into London's deadly apartment tower blaze.

Police aren't saying a crime has been committed, but do say an investigation's needed to find out if that's the case.

Grenfell residents said their fears about fire safety were ignored for years by local authorities.

Meanwhile, Police are warning some victims might never be identified.

Metropolitan Police Commander Stuart Cundy said the search for people will last a long time.

The death toll at the moment is 17.

UK correspondent Ben Bland told Rachel Smalley 20 people are in hospital in critical condition, and hundreds remain unaccounted for.

"An utterly distressing way for families who are trying to find out where loved ones are."
