Ticket re-selling website Viagogo is back in the spotlight this week after a new raft of complaints over dodgy tickets ripping people off.

One father has had to suffer the heartbreak of ending up on the wrong side of a scam. 

Rob told Andrew Dickens how he had to deal with broken hearted children wh thought they were going to see Bruno Mars at the weekend, only to be denied entry.
