Dixon set on F1

19/07/2005 15:31:24

New Zealand Indy car driver Scott Dixon still has his heart set on driving in Formula One.

He secured some test drives with the Williams team after winning the Indy Racing League in 2003 but failed to secure a contract.

His stocks have since fallen, with Team Target struggling over the past season and a half.

However Dixon says the dream is still in the back of his mind, and he will go to the Italian Grand Prix on a scouting mission.
