Is there no stopping the Cummings dynasty?

The legendary Australian horse racing family continues to dominate tracks on both sides of the Tasman.

Anthony Cummings, son of legendary Australian trainer Bart, picked up yet another victory for the family at Ellerslie yesterday, helping oversee Zavite to a comfortable win in the million dollar Group One Auckland Cup at Ellerslie. He says he was always optimistic Zavite would take out the race.

"At 3200 metres, she's very hard to beat."

Cummings says there is plenty of high risk involved in bringing a horse across the Tasman but it has paid off for him. He says you have to make sure your horse is in good form and the horse has to be able to travel well.

Booming finished second while Tin Goose was third.
