Bangladesh on the ropes in Hamilton

The Black Caps are closing in on victory against Bangladesh after four days of the one-off cricket test in Hamilton.

Needing 404 runs for victory Bangladesh is struggling at 88 for five.

Earlier, New Zealand opening batsman Tim McIntosh was run out for 89, Ross Taylor added 51, and Martin Guptill continued his excellent form from the first innings with 56 not out.

The Black Caps declared their second innings closed at 258 for five.
