![]() Photosport All Whites coach Ricki Herbert has named his strongest possible side for next month's Football World Cup warm-up match against Mexico in LA. Striker Rory Fallon has been included in the 17-strong squad, despite a row between his club Plymouth Argyle and New Zealand Football. Herbert says Plymouth Argyle boss Paul Mariner has not come back to him after an initial conversation. "I'm just assuming that they've understood and respected the decision - as we understand and respect their position too. But it's only one FIFA window and the enormity of the world cup - it doesn't come around every year, we think it's in the best interests to have the best players." There are two newcomers; Tommy Smith and Olympic Games standout Craig Henderson. Smith has just declared his allegiance to New Zealand after playing age group football for England. Ivan Vicelich and Mark Paston are two members of the team which beat Bahrain in the Football World Cup qualifier who are missing. Paston is injured and Vicelich is serving a one-match suspension. David Mulligan and Aaron Scott miss out after being in the squad for the qualifiers.
