Breakers welcoming a rest

22/12/2009 17:28:01

The Breakers will take the chance to rest later this week as they plot their playoff run in the New Year.

The North Shore-based side has four days off before resuming the Australian basketball league season.

Breakers forward Tony Ronaldson says the rest will be helpful and the team now does not play until New Year's Eve. He says it will be valuable to have some recovery time and give everyone their own space.

Ronaldson will return to Melbourne to spend Christmas with his family.
