An American country music star has put a damper on a Tauranga couple's 7th wedding anniversary. Glen Campbell performed in Rotorua last night - with laryngitis. The illness has forced promoters to cancel tonight's show in Wellington, but ticket holders are being promised a refund. One fan, who wishes to be identified only as Vivienne, says she and her husband spent about $250 on tickets to the Rotorua gig, and want their money back. She says many people walked out after the second song. She describes Mr Campbell's performance as 'embarrassing'.
