RSVPs sail in for LV Pacific Series

16/09/2008 11:28:05

Russell Coutts and Oracle have confirmed their participation in the Louis Vuitton Pacific Series on the Waitemata Harbour in January.

But that is not the only piece of good news for Team New Zealand boss Grant Dalton. When he opened his emails this morning Alinghi had replied saying it will also compete if Team New Zealand drops its legal action.

Dalton says Alinghi and Oracle seem to have "boxed themselves into corners" legally so maybe they can do something to solve the problem.

Identical Team New Zealand boats will be put up to race so costs are kept to a minimum and entries must be registered by October 31.
