Curiosity has got the better of one teenage boy in China.

AsiaWire reports that a 13-year-old, from the county of Linkou, inserted roughly 20 centimetres of a USB cable into his urethra.

He stopped only when he realised it was stuck in there, having become tangled up in his bladder.

The self-proclaimed ‘curious’ boy was admitted to hospital and required surgery to have it removed after medical lubrication proved insufficient.
