Remember the pro-Trump 'Freedom Girls' who performed at a rally in Pensacola, Florida back in January? Well, they're now planning to sue Donald Trump.
As reported by The Washington Post, Jeff Popick, the father of the smallest Freedom Kid, Alexis, and author of the “song” seen above, is planning to file a lawsuit against the campaign over a series of broken promises and oral contractual obligations.
Popick claims the group has been asked to perform at two separate events in Florida. The first never came to fruition, and instead of getting paid for the second performance in Pensacola, the campaign offered a booth at a rally to promote the girls’ albums, which never materialized.
Later, the campaign asked the girls to perform during a campaign event in Des Moines, Iowa, but when the group arrived, the girls were told they weren’t going to perform, and were only allowed to attend the rally.
Popnick said he's suing Trump because he feels it's the right thing to do.
