The Islamic State is taking responsibility for a deadly attack in the Afghan city of Jalalabad.
A suicide bomber riding a motorbike attacked a branch of the Kabul Bank in the city, killing at least 35 people.
The attack targeted a group of soldiers and civilians gathered outside the bank to receive their monthly salaries.
Another 125 people were wounded.
The country's president says this time it wasn't the work of the Taliban, but of ISIS.
The United States has recently reiterated its concern that ISIS is making inroads into Afghanistan.
