Firefighters are no closer to determining the exact number of people who died in London's terrifying apartment inferno.
London Fire Brigade chief Dany Cotton said her crews have reached the top floor of the building and conducted initial visual searches from doorways but have not done a comprehensive search because it is unsafe.
Smoke is still wafting from the building, and cladding is still falling from the facade.
Ms Cotton explained that they have structural surveyors and an urban search and rescue team who are going to make an assessment and find a way of making the building safe so firefighters can go through the whole building, in a fingertip search.
Prime Minister Theresa May is expected to visit the scene later tonight, our time.
The death toll currently stands at 12, but is expected to rise, with many people still missing.
