Schools in Britain are adopting self-esteem classes, in the latest attempt to reduce bullying.
The idea is to help teenagers to have more confidence about themselves, and their bodies.
MP Caroline Nokes says self-esteem is so important it should be part of the school curriculum.

"Preventing people from taking part in exercise.
"It's preventing young people from having the confidence to stick their hand up in class and answer questions and in some extreme cases it's even preventing them from attending school itself."
