There's uncertainty for those who work in Britain's National Healthcare System following the country's vote to leave the European Union.
Throughout the campaign, UKIP leader Nigel Farage said the 350 million pounds Britain sends to the EU will instead be put into the NHS.
CEO of Orion Health Ian McCrae said it's since been made clear that won't happen.
"The people voted for better healthcare, and they do expect some investment in the NHS."
Mr McCrae believes the NHS is now facing another pressing issue.
"There's actually 110,000 workers in the NHS that are from EU countries, so those workers are now uncertain as to what's going to happen next."
Orion Health has three offices in Britain and looks after 20 percent of medical records across Great Britain.
