The Trump administration's latest bid to get rid of Obamacare has failed.
A vote in the US Senate has returned a 51-49 count against repealing former President Barack Obama's signature health care legislation.
Three Republican senators, including John McCain sided with the Democrats to defeat the Bill.
Senator Ed Markey, a Democrat, said Obamacare is not perfect, but it needs a bi-partisan approach to create a better law.
He said President Trump needs to soften his attitude if Americans are top get better healthcare:
"Hopefully President Trump can hear this message as well, and put aside partisanship to come to work in a way that I think will help all Americans, and not just repeat what we've just gone through for the first six months."
It's the second major loss for Donald Trump today, after an earlier vote almost unanimously backed new sanctions against Russia, despite the President's objections to the legislation.
