The parents of Ashya King, who sparked an international manhunt when they took him from a Southampton Hospital to Spain without medical consent, say they won't return to the UK.

Brett and Naghmeh King say they are still fearful they will be arrested by UK authorities if they return home.

UK authorities are carrying out an investigation into the treatment of Ashya, and Brett King says they will not consider going back home until that is complete and clears them.

He says the fact they have not done anything wrong but could be arrested and thrown into prison is keeping them away.

Ashya King has finished his 30 sessions of proton beam therapy to treat his cancer and is responding well according to his parents.
