Hopefully lightning doesn't strike twice.
Wellington's Zephyrometer, or wind wand as it's known, is back in place in Evans Bay.
The sculpture was struck by lightning in August, and has been in Christchurch for repairs since.
Wellington City Council's Richard Maclean says there's still a bit of tinkering around going on securing the sculpture in place.
He says changes have been made to make it sure it earths better, so if it's struck by lightning it won't be so damaged.
