Coffee with a mocha-swirl, banana and chocolate covered hokey pokey, or coffee and cashew nut butter with sea salt-infused chocolate drops?

Wellingtonians have been voting on which ice-cream will be sold at Civic Square this summer, and today one of those three will take the prize.

The flavours were selected from 70 entries entered in a competition set up by Wellington City Council.

Council spokesperson Claire Hinton says the variation in flavours reflects Wellingtonian's creativity.
