Kapiti District Councillors will today make a decision on where legal highs can be sold.
Legally the council can't ban the sale of psychoactive substances, so has come up with a policy restricting the area they can be sold.
That zone is on Kapiti Road, near a school, and a church.
In April council decided to delay the making the decision, pushing it out until today.
