James Shaw is still pushing for a change in government.
He's just addressed supporters at St Matthew in the City in Auckland.
James Shaw said current indications show that the three opposition parties command a majority once the special and overseas votes are counted.
He said New Zealanders have voted for change, so he's going to speak with Labour leader Jacinda Ardern on the phone tomorrow and plan how they can form a new government.
