David Seymour will retain his Epsom seat - taking his ACT Party back to parliament.
But his party hasn't even managed to get one percent of the party vote.
He told Newstalk ZB's election special he would like the party to have done better, but ACT is only one of four parties that have won seats in every MMP election.
