The Immigration Minister is promising to be fair and even-handed with Kim Dotcom.

Officials are considering whether his residency be revoked over his non-disclosure of a dangerous driving conviction, when he made his residency application

Minister Michael Woodhouse says Immigration New Zealand has yet to make its recommendation.

He's not putting a time limit on it, and says when he does get the recommendation he'll treat it as fairly and impartially as he does every case that comes across his desk.
