Calls for Iain Rennie to step down.

The State Services Commissioner has come under fire for appearing alongside Roger Sutton as the CERA boss quit over allegations of sexual harassment.

Labour leader Andrew Little has told TVNZ's Q+A programme Mr Rennie needs to go.

"It was so wrong in every respect that I think there is something wrong with the guy's decision making capacity and I think that needs to be examined."

Andrew Little says he can't recall a case where a manager has appeared alongside a worker facing such allegations.
