There has been a delay in the announcement of the Labour Party's list for this year's election.
It had been due out today but that schedule is now going to be missed.
The party says discussions are continuing and the announcement will be made tomorrow morning.
No specific reasons are being given for the delay.
Political editor Barry Soper said it's clear "somebody's not happy with their placing on their list".
Soper said there are suggestions Willie Jackson has flown to Wellington today to complain about where he's being slotted in, apparently at 21st on the list.
That would mean Labour would have to do better than it did at the last election for him to be elected.
"Apparently he's being frustrated by the Northland and East Coast candidates, Willow-Jean Prime and Kiri Allan, who have apparently secured list spots ahead of what he's got," Soper said.
