The final inquiry report into Fonterra's botulism scare is now in the hands of the Government.
The report looks at how potentially contaminated dairy product made it into the consumer market and how the problem was addressed by the company and authorities.
It's now with primary Industries Minister Nathan Guy and Food Safety Minister Jo Goodhew but hasn't been publicly released.
The Government says that'll happen in the next few weeks along with its response to the findings.
