The government's trying to woo Labour's support for law changes which would allow surveillance without a warrant for up to two days.
Labour's concerned about parts of the Government's planned anti-terror legislation that goes before the House today.

"The director of SIS is going to try and personally give him a briefing on some of the actual examples that would have been captured by the law if it had been changed and why it'd be neccessary," he said.
